LOVE our New Kitchen!
A friend told me about Bryan and his reasonable prices. We
were finishing a gutted house and had an idea of how we wanted the kitchen laid
out. We priced the cabinets through Menards. Bryan took our idea and improved
the layout. His bid was so close to us doing it ourselves which I was not
looking forward to doing especially the countertop. What we received was FAR
higher quality cabinets and a perfectly installed counter top with the under
mount sink I was dreaming of. Bryan also customized some cupboard doors for an
opening under the stairs that I had no idea how we were going to utilize. We
also got the bathroom vanity and still didn't go over our do-it-yourself budget.
I will be recommending Bryan the Kitchen Design Guy to everyone!

Picture Perfect
Browsing through Craig's List one day I came upon Bryan's website. Impressed with the pictures and testimonials I gave him a call and within days had a estimate and cabinets ordered. We went from a totally boring, old styled kitchen to a contemporary, modern kitchen. Bryan was just a phone call or email away if we had any questions or concerns. He did the floors, cabinets, the countertops, sink, backsplash and island and tore all the old out. We wanted an island that was movable to accomodate different uses and occasions and Bryan built what we wanted with style and precision. We have almost twice as much cabinet space as before in the same space. With the suggestions of pullout drawers, spice rack, corner spin door, space for recycling/ garbage we have the kitchen that will take us into our later years. We look at our beautiful kitchen and smile thinking it could be in a magazine!!! PS: the light above the island is a ceiling fan where the blades retract.

cupboard review
I am very happy with my cupboards. The few problems I had were minor and Bryan fixed those easily. He was very accomodating and not pushy, That was an aspect that I very much appreciated. I would recommend him and the cupboards to anyone.

I just love my countertops and have received numerous compliments about them, in fact anyone coming into my kitchen asks about them. My previous countertops sustained significant water damage and I was forced to shop! I did not want to be confronted with so many choices of styles and types, I just wanted the process to be done and over with. Now I am absolutely thrilled with the end result and wish I would have done it long ago.
Before I contacted Bryan Wise, I wasted a lot of time going back and forth to a local retailer. Once I was sent home and told to return later when they had previously told me I should come at a certain time. Trying to shop in the store was confusing and unsettling.
My experience with Bryan was totally different. He can to my home a few time because I kept changing my mind. He was always pleasant, professional, and enjoyable to work with. His words stuck in my mind that I needed to pick something I absolutely loved. I love my countertops as a backsplash, and a completely new custom made taller cabinet that provides an excellent work surface and storage drawers just the way I wanted.
Bryan provided the suggestion to use a particular edging, Valencia, which is one of my favorite features of the work he did. See how pretty it is! My old counted did not allow enough space to walk between counters but my new counter length does so my workspace is not crowded but feels nice and open.
My new wastebasket drawer is larger and easy to use. I love using the same countertop material as a backsplash, it looks great and is very easy to clean. Because I chose a dark color, the kitchen looks clean all day.
One final comment is that I love what is called HD laminate, the type of countertop surface. Bryan told me that they are stronger than regular laminate and the price is not that much higher. I paid significantly less than granite. A few people ask me if my countertop is granite. When I was in the shopping stage and considering a quartz countertop my plumber advised against granite type surfaces because he said he was constantly wiping off dust that was quite noticeable from his granite countertops.
Bryan Wise does excellent work and I highly recommend his services.

Beautiful Tigerwood
Bryan Wise recently replaced our old laminate flooring with gorgeous 3/4" Tigerwood. Bryan's craftsmanship, vision & attention to detail is second to none. My family and I went on a week-long vacation & came home to a gorgeous new floor. Bryan was even a little "under the weather" while were gone but knowing he had time restraints he worked through it to get it done by the agreed time frame & agreed price. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryan & would recommend him to anyone.

Professional and Efficient
We got new kitchen cabinets and countertops from Bryan. He was professional from the beginning. He came and gave us a free estimate the same day we called, and had prices to us within a few days. He was very helpful through the design stage as well. When it came to installing the cabinets, he was willing to work around our schedule, and with just a two man crew, installed all the cabinets in one day! We highly recommend Bryan after he gave us the kitchen that was better than we could have imagined!

Steve & I were putting off doing our kitchen, until I saw my sister's kitchen which was done by Bryan! He has great quality cabinets and many choices. Bryan was very accommodating and patient with me as I made changes during the designing of the kitchen. Kitchen Remodel
We recently decided to update our kitchen and werent sure where to start. We checked out local big box stores and thought we needed another opinion. I found Bryan on the computer and contacted him. It was the best thing I ever did. He was very professional and came to our home, measured and was able to send ideas through emails. We could not be any happier with how our kitchen turned out. We were able to pick a Saturday and with Bryan, my husband and brother helping they had everything installed that same day. I would recommend Bryan to anyone looking to update their kitchen. AWESOME JOB We recently added onto our house and updated the kitchen. Bryan installed an entertainment wall, two pantries, and replaced our existing kitchen cabinets, which didn't match the style of our home. We really liked the drawings he did for us, which were very detailed and helped us visualize exactly what we were going to get. The look we got was what we wanted, they turned out beautifully.
Bryan was very easy to work with and always had a pleasant, positive attitude. We'd highly recommend him as we're very happy with how everything turned out.

Kitchen Remodel
We contacted different cabinet installers & visited home improvement stores looking for someone who could help us design our new kitchen. We needed a functional area using the space we had which would require changing the floor plan, but we couldn't find anyone to help us. I found Heartwood Co. on Craig's List after searching in neighboring states. This was the first contact I had with Bryan & it has been smooth sailing ever since. He was able to design the kitchen of our dreams by visiting with us on the phone & doing the actual designing on his computer, sending plans via email. When were satisfied with our design, cabinet style & finish, he traveled to our house to measure the space and then the order was placed for cabinets. Bryan has a unique attention to detail that makes the finished product look very beautiful. Awesome for my budget!
We had a house that needed to be sold; however, the kitchen was a disaster. I visited local retailers and could not find new cabinets in our price range. I searched the Internet and found "kitchens in a box", but the unknowns were too great. On a whim, I checked Craig's List and found Heartwood Company and Bryan Wise. I was reluctant to contact them, because I had no references to call or no knowledge of the business. I finally did call . Bryan came to the house , measured and almost the nexrt day gave me a reasonable bid. There were added features like crown molding I was able to afford that local retailers couldn't offer in my price. Bryan and Randy were willing to work with us to get the cabinets installed. They gave us an awesome kitchen we could afford.

Bryan Wise was a very trustworthy, positive, and thorough worker who installed all of our windows, including an egress. He also stained all the sills and added a slightly larger sill for our living room window with a unique rounded corner design. We are very pleased with the results and are thankful to have such a competent worker installing one of the largest investments we have made on our home so far. We would recommend Bryan to anyone, but we don't want him too busy or else he won't have time for us for our future projects!
